The situation

Leads come from the website form, from ads, from WhatsApp and from the phone. Half end up in a spreadsheet, the rest in someone's head, and nobody can say which campaign brought last month's sale. HubFlo puts them in one place and remembers where each one came from.

Go to hubflo.purceas.com and create an account. It is free during early access, no card, and the account comes with a demo organisation where you can try anything without breaking anything.

Step 1: the form that remembers the source

Create a form and use it in two ways: as a hosted page (put its link in the ad) or embedded in your site. The difference from an ordinary form: HubFlo automatically stores the UTMs and the ad click id. The lead comes in as a contact and a deal, with its source attached.

Already have contacts? Bring them in from CSV: you see a preview first and duplicates are found automatically.

Step 2: the pipeline

Deals sit in a pipeline of stages (for example: New, Contacted, Proposal, Won, Lost). On each stage you can set rules (which fields must be filled before it moves on) and tasks with a deadline and an owner.

Step 3: the first automation

Automations do the repetitive work. A simple, useful example:

  1. When a lead comes in from the "Quote" form,
  2. create a "Call within 15 minutes" task for sales,
  3. and if after a day the deal is still in "New", send a reminder.

Every automation has delays, retries and a test mode: you run it on a sample lead before switching it on, and if something went wrong you can replay it.

Step 4: the report that closes the loop

Reports tie money to source: spend, cost per lead and ROAS per campaign. When a deal is marked "Won", the revenue appears under the campaign that brought it, not under "online" in general.

What else it has

  • Booking pages: the customer picks the time.
  • Newsletters and segments, for email campaigns.
  • Tickets, a public knowledge base, chat and a satisfaction score, for support.
  • GDPR export and deletion, straight from the account.

What to remember

  • HubFlo forms keep UTMs and the click id; the lead arrives with its source.
  • A staged pipeline with rules and tasks.
  • Automations have delays, retries, a test mode and replay.
  • Reports show spend, cost per lead and ROAS per campaign, all the way to revenue.
  • Free early access; CSV-only import, ads connectors still in testing.
