No, and that is deliberate. One active session at a time means one clear objective, verifiable delivery and no context switching. Emergencies are the exception: they suspend the current session, get fixed, then we resume exactly where we left off.

It rolls over, for at most 1 month. It is never silently lost: Valhalla always proposes what the next session should be, so one rarely stays unused.

They are split honestly into sessions, with pages or features live after each one. Builds that exceed one month of capacity carry a 6-month minimum, so it is fair for both of us.

No. Media budget is paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), from your account. The subscription covers the work: strategy, build, optimisation, tracking, reporting.

Paid APIs (AI models, data, third-party services) pass through at cost, on your invoice, with a receipt in the portal. Above €100/month I ask for approval first. The infrastructure I build on (Workers, databases) is usually on a free or near-free tier.

I do, Florentin. I execute every session personally, with Valhalla behind me for monitoring, prioritisation and memory. There are no rotating juniors and nothing is outsourced.
