- What data
- What you send through forms, chat or the project builder (name, email, phone, message, brief), plus minimal technical data (a hashed IP for abuse limiting, the page you sent from, the visit source if present in the URL).
- Why
- To reply to your request. Legal basis: your explicit consent and legitimate interest for security.
- Florentin AI
- Conversations with the assistant are processed by an AI model (Cloudflare Workers AI or an equivalent provider) to generate the reply and are kept so they can be passed to Florentin if you leave your contact. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat. The assistant is AI and can be wrong.
- Voice (Listen)
- In the client portal, the "Listen" button sends the text shown on screen (an explanation, a summary, an answer) to Google (Gemini API) to read it aloud in our brand voice. Only the text you see is sent, no account data besides it; the audio is kept on our Cloudflare storage so the same text is not generated twice. "Talk to Valhalla" (the voice-only conversation) sends the microphone sound directly to Google (Gemini Live) while the conversation is open, together with your portal state, so Valhalla can answer; we do not record the conversation, and the microphone stops when you close it. Under Google's terms for the paid API, the texts and audio are not used to train its models.
- The client portal
- In the client portal (/app) we record anonymous usage events — which pages open, which buttons are pressed, how long until the first action — to improve the portal. No IP, no user agent, no third parties, no new cookies: a user appears only as a hash. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control are honoured. Events are deleted automatically after 180 days.
- Cookies
- Essential only until you consent: language, theme, session. Analytics (GA4) and marketing only with your consent through the banner, honouring Consent Mode v2.
- How long
- Leads: up to 24 months after the last contact. Conversations: 90 days. You can request deletion at any time.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent — write to contact@purceas.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
- Where
- Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (EU/EEA where available) and in Google Workspace for email.
