02 What we ask
Three things, that is all.
- 1You decide in the portal (approve, postpone, answer) — not on the phone with Florentin.
- 2You tell us what worked and what did not: one question at the first moments and a 20-minute call at the end.
- 3If you want, your consent for an anonymised case study — the box below, removable any time.
03 The first 15 minutes
No training, no onboarding call.
- Minute 0–1You press the button in the invitation. No password.
- Minute 1–2You confirm your business on one screen — it is already filled in. You pick what matters most right now.
- Minute 2–3You are on Now: Valhalla already scanned the site and shows what it found, in plain words.
- Minute 3–6You open a recommendation, read „Explain it simply” and approve it. It gets a day: „Starts Thursday”.
- Minute 6–9You look at the Plan: what comes next and why in this order. Proposed dates keep themselves.
- Minute 9–12You type or say in the box what is on your mind. Valhalla turns it into a request; Florentin estimates it.
- Minute 12–15Optional: connect Google (read-only, 2 minutes). Or close it — on Friday the summary arrives.
04 What stays yours
The accounts, the domain, the data.
Your accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, Search Console), the domain and the data stay in your company's name; Florentin only gets access. If you do not continue, you export your data and the access is closed.

05 Questions
In short.
Do I really pay nothing?
No. During the pilot there is no invoice, no pro-forma, no card. At the end you decide whether to continue; if not, nothing happens.
What happens at the end?
Seven days before, you get the story of the pilot: what we found, what we fixed, what we would build next. If you want to continue, you tell Florentin with one button. If not, you export your data.
How much of my time does it take?
About 15 minutes a week in the portal: approve, postpone or answer a question. We do the rest.
Do I have to connect Google?
No. Valhalla starts with what is public on the site. If you want real numbers for your goal, you connect Analytics and Search Console, read-only, in 2 minutes.
Who actually does the work?
Florentin, in the sessions on the plan. Valhalla finds, explains and prepares; nothing changes on the site or in the accounts without your approval.
Is the case study required?
No. It is a separate, optional, anonymised tick (no company name, no figures that identify you). You can remove it any time from Account.
