Contract and invoicing
- Invoice
- Invoiced by IDEAL GENIUS ADVANCE SRL, Romanian tax ID 37213946, J40/3407/2017.
- Price
- The service price is final, no VAT added; the ad budget and licences you pay directly, at cost.
- Payment
- You pay by bank transfer, against a pro-forma invoice. The first month is paid at activation.
- Subscription
- Monthly subscription, 30 days' notice. The annual plan is available from January, at the standard price.Monthly subscription, with 30 days' notice if you want to stop. Annual: 11 payments for 12 months.
- Cancellation
- You cancel with 30 days' notice; we work normally until the last day.
- Ownership
- Your accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, Search Console), the domain and the data stay in your company's name; I only get access. The systems I build (code, automations, AI agents, dashboards) run inside Valhalla and you use them for as long as you subscribe.
- If you stop
- If you stop, you export your data, the accounts stay yours and my access is closed; the systems built in Valhalla stop with the subscription.
- Personal data
- A data processing agreement (DPA, GDPR art. 28) is signed on request.
Questions before you pay
Is VAT added to the price?
No. The service price is final — the company is not VAT-registered, so nothing is added on top. The ad budget and licences you pay directly, at cost.
How do I pay?
You pay by bank transfer, against a pro-forma invoice. The first month is paid at activation. Then monthly or, if you choose annual, 11 payments for 12 months. The Opportunity Map arrives within 48 hours of activation, then we talk on the phone.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You cancel with 30 days' notice; we work normally until the last day. If you stop, you export your data, the accounts stay yours and my access is closed; the systems built in Valhalla stop with the subscription.
Who owns the accounts, the data and the systems?
Your accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, Search Console), the domain and the data stay in your company's name; I only get access. The systems I build (code, automations, AI agents, dashboards) run inside Valhalla and you use them for as long as you subscribe. The systems stay in Valhalla so I can keep them updated, monitored and fixed month after month, without you paying for a new project each time. You export the data from the portal at any time.
Are all the services really included?
Yes. PPC, SEO, GEO, website, AI, chatbots, automation, tracking, e-commerce, software — all inside the same subscription. Not included: media budget, licences and paid APIs, which pass through at cost. There is no "Pro tier".
How fast do I get an answer?
I usually reply the same working day. Emergencies (site down, broken checkout, tracking stopped) jump ahead of any other work, through the "Something is broken" button in the portal.
