How to see what was delivered

The situation

It is Friday. The week's session was delivered Thursday evening and Now › Needs you reads Delivered — confirm, with the session underneath and the Confirm delivery button. You want to see exactly what was done before you press.

The page of a delivered session

When a session is delivered, its page turns into a recap:

• The top — Session N of 4, the title, "Delivered" with date and time, and its state.
• What we changed — the ticked deliverables, in business language.
• Confirm delivery — the main button, plus "Something's off".
• How we tested — Florentin's checks, with ticks.
• What we measure, and when — what we track and the date Valhalla reads the data (14 days after delivery). After measuring, this is where you see "before → after".
• Next recommendation — the most important recommendation waiting for your decision, with "Approve".
• Session log — everything that happened, step by step.

Confirming delivery

1. Open the session (from Now › Needs you, from History or from a notification).
2. Check what changed and, where relevant, your site.
3. Press ✓ Confirm delivery. The session becomes "Done · measuring" and the measurement window starts.
4. If something is wrong, press Something's off, write what, Send to Florentin. He looks before measuring starts.

If you do not respond, the portal is transparent: "If we don't hear from you by [date], we confirm it automatically and start measuring." The date is 7 days after delivery. Nothing stays blocked by a forgotten confirmation.

The record, in History

History › Month by month — everything you approved and everything that shipped, grouped by month: "Delivered · 6 Oct", the title and, underneath, "being measured until 20 Oct" or the measured result. Each row opens the session page.

History › Your months — each month's recap: sessions, hours, what changed, the results, what comes next — with Print / PDF. And the search at the top finds any delivery by a word ("form", "price", "Google").

The live log

You do not have to wait for delivery to see what is being worked on. In Now › Working on now you see the session in progress and how much is done; on its page, the Session log shows what Florentin does, in sentences (for example "The new 3-field form is live on phones"), as he works.

Exporting your data

Everything that is yours is downloadable at any time, without asking anyone:

1. Open Account, at the bottom, Plan and data.
2. Press Download everything.
3. You get one file with your recommendations, sessions (with log, deliverables, validation), discussions and requests.

It is not a "pretty" export — it is a complete one. For a readable version, use the month's recap and Print / PDF.
